Diagnosis- Supracardiac TAPVC
Pointers-
1. Snowman appearance- Head of snowman is made of superior mediastinal shadow formed by SVC on right side, vertical vein on left side and left brachicephalic vein superiorly. Body of snowman is the heart. Also called “figure of eight” or “cottage loaf “.
2. “Snowman in snowstorm” appearance- Snowstorm is due to pulmonary plethora.
