This is a recently published study which compared early invasive with conservative strategy (delayed intervention) in NSTE-ACS. It found that the former is better. There is no new message from the study as this has already been proven by many.

Primary outcome was the composite of death, myocardial infarction or stroke at 6 months. At 6 months, it was in 9.6% in the early-intervention group, and 11.3% in the delayed-intervention group.
